Vengeance Motorcycles took Sturgis 2006 by storm! This year the Vengeance Nemesis show rig rolled into the Rockin-the-Rally venue at the Glencoe campground under sunny skies. The truck was setup Saturday in mild weather following a week of incredibly hot temperatures topping the 100+ degree mark. The first order of business was to deliver our “Twilight zone” Maxis to the AMD World Championship at the Thunderoad complex. The Maxis was the talk of the show with its incredibly realistic imagery the covers every inch of the custom sheet metal.

Vengeance Motorcycles is thrilled to be accepted as an entrant in the World Championship of Bike Building to be held in Sturgis, SD on August 5,6,7th. The Vengeance entry is a custom built 2007 Vengeance Maxis chopper which will participate on the “production” category. This motorcycle was a year in the making and is a triumph of spirit and determination on the part of the staff of Vengeance Motorcycles.

This motorcycle was custom ordered by a Los Angeles-based film producer in August of 2005. The client had purchased a Maxis to use in one of his film projects but he wanted something a little more extreme. So the staff of Vengeance cooked up the basics that a year later became the bike dubbed the “Twilight Zone”.

Vengeance Motorcycles will be introducing their 2007 line-up of custom motorcycles in the “Rock’n the Rally” venue in Sturgis, SD. Vengeance will be displaying their bikes inside this new concert venue located on the grounds of the Glencoe Campground.

Vengeance has done a complete redesign for their ’07 line-up and we will be showing the Maxis, the Cal-Chop, the Whiplash, the Drifter and the Teacher. In addition to the new models, Vengeance will also be displaying several customs including the “Raven” a custom trike Vengeance built for Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen and the “Bones” a custom old school  bobber designed and built by Vengeance fabricators Torres Cycles. “We were thrilled to be invited to show our line-up in this is a brand-new venue and we expect the reaction from the Rockn the Rally participants to be equally enthusiastic.”  said Vengeance CEO Stephen C. Sharpe.

Celebrating the new 3D Vengeance V-Flags logo, Vengeance is proud to release three new designs from one of the hottest illustrators in Southern California. The designs include a stylized Knife dripping in blood and wrapped in a ribbon with the words “Vengeance Choppers”. The design evokes a traditional pirates knife with the VXC (Vengeance Xtreme Choppers) logo at the base. The second new design combines a head-into-the-wind Skull with shreaded Vengeance flags flying off each side. This design is finished with a ring of tribal thorns surrounding the design. The last design incorporates the new v-flags logo into a gothic Blade design.

Vengeance was proud to be invited to participate in the 2006 ACM Charity Ride in Las Vegas, NV. This year the ride was bigger than ever with over 1100 participants which more than doubled last years event participation. And yes, that smiling face above is country superstar Dierks Bentley!

What Cinco de Mayo would be complete without a “Guacamole Bowl”? This year Vengeance was invited to participate in the KFRG Guacamole Bowl a fun filled day of bowling with the on-air team for this Southern California country music radio station. Vengeance President & CEO took up the challenge from the Frogmen in the Morning to bring the whole office in for their 1st Annual Cinco-De-Mayo bowling extravaganza.

Vengeance Motorcycles introduced the new Hotrod Drifter to rave reviews at the Laughlin River Run April 26-29, 2006 in Laughlin, NV. The Drifter is a blend of an old-school cruiser and a modern muscle bike. The design of the bike features 2″ stretch in the back bone with stock down tubes. With 38 degrees in the next and a -3 degree rake, the Drifter is based on a design trend that is being seen all over California. The Drifter features a traditional Lasalle front end with a stretched gas tank and tail-dragger fender. Where the Drifter differs from it predecessors is in its 113ci engine, right side drive 6-speed transmission and 250 rear tire. These changes blend the traditional cruiser styling with a modern drive train creating the perfect blend of new and old.

Vengeance Motorcycles headed to Canada to attend a weekend show on the outskirts of Montreal with the newest group of Vengeance dealers. The show was held on April 21 – April 23, 2006 as the Classic Bike & Tattoo Show in Laval QC Canada. Held indoors at the SportExpo packed with motorcycle builders and tattoo artist this show was a multi-media spectacular. Attendees were treated to center stage entertainment during the day including fashion shows and tattoo competitions. At night the arena hosted live music and an on-stage bike show with some of Quebec’s most beautiful young ladies. “This was a great introduction for Vengeance in Canada. This province (Quebec) is one of the hottest custom markets in Canada and the attendance and reaction to the bike was fantastic,” said Vengeance President Stephen C. Sharpe.
