04′ Radier want to change to LED lights

I am interested in changing out the bulbs (turn signal,running and brake lights) for LED. Not sure of what /who to go with, do I need a load equalizer. If I dont need a load equalizer could I go with a 1157 (LED bulb). tks for your help

I have been running LED turn signals bulbs since first year. Expensive but well worth it!!!!!!!!!

cool, could you tell me what make / brand they are and did you need load equalizer? tks

Just go to auto zone or local auto parts store and buy the replace blub 1157 with LEDs they are about 14 each when I bought mine but been running them for years. The regular bulb kept going out from the vibration. No load equalizer needed.
