I have been having problems with the starter on my widow. It would turn over a few times very slowly but then just clicking, like battery was dead.I put a new battery in since the battery was 4 years old and it is doing the same thing, even when pushing in the compression releases on the top of the motor. I did pull the starter and bench tested it and it seems to turn quickly and hae alot of power but it wont turn the motor over. any advise would be great.
