2005 Banshee exhaust end cap again?

We had that exhaust made for us the cap was just a turned billet piece we had machined. I can call my machine shop and see if I can get him to make you one.

The backfiring during deceleration is usually from an exhaust leak. Replace your exhaust gaskets and tighten the exhaust stud nuts from time to time.
