5th & 6th gear? Have the top breathers been altered in any way? Sustained high RPMs on a 113 usually result in heavy blowby out the top breathers resulting in air cleaner drool. If the top breathers have been capped or replaced with those worthless “custom” breathers that reduce the diameter of the breathers you’re gonna force the blowby out the crank vent. Does any oil pool under the bike after it’s been ran?

Can you send me a picture or something on how the top breathers should look? I have not modified them but they could have been previously.

There is some air cleaner drool, and yes it does pool under the bike after it has been ran.

    Thanks for your help.

to get the pics posted they need to be smaller. If you dont know how email them to yourself and most programs will give you the choice to reduce the size.

I am still having issues with the oil leaking out the lower crankcase filter in 4th 5th and 6th gear only. Have checked all of the oil lines, screen etc. Even took it to a shop to be checked out. The mechanic is convinced it is blow by but I’m not sure. Why would you have blow by only in 4,5 and 6? I can ride in town all day and no weepage but as soon as I get on the highway, here comes the oil.

    Any opinion or advise?

Take a pic looking down between the air cleaner and the rocker boxes. I can’t tell if your top breather tube is still there.

Here are the pics. As you can see there are two inlets capped off with rubber caps. One seems to be a vacume. I really appreciate the help

The vacuum caps are fine. I was looking at the top breather tube connecting the rocker boxes and T-ing into the backing plate of the air cleaner. You may want to make sure the top breather bolts are not clogged. The only other thing i can think of would be the check ball in the oil pump isn’t seating properly. This would allow excess oil to seep into the crankcase. This extra oil would be forced out of the bottom vent/breather when the motor is running.

Thanks. The mechanic is convinced it is blow by the rings due to scars on the cylinder wall. Hard for me to believe. Bike only has 6000 miles on it and it only does it in higher gears.

Should be able to confirm that with a leak down test.
