riding down the highway 2 days ago on my 05 raider when the gas cap popped out, hit me in the chest and i got a face full of fuel, yes it sucked ! ! ! ! and to top it all off who knows where the cap went, i searched for it for almost 2 hours but the roadside is waist high weeds and swampy area, I dont know if it was a hotmatch cap or the other brand, so how can i tell now ? and 200 dollars for a new one, why so expensive ? dont get me wrong i love my bike and wouldnt trade it for anything else. but i see this is the 3rd post about faulty gas caps and i certainly dont want to spend a ridiculous amount of money for a cap if its gonna possibly pop out and get lost again

As soon as I bought Vengeance I immediately switched the choppers to a stock style cap. Everyone said the new cap is so ugly, the flush cap looks so cool.
Anyhow if you want one. I have them made at a machine shop. They charge me a setup fee each time theyre run. I wish I could make em cheaper. But I keep having them made because if guys loose them theyd be screwed.
I just have one left so If you want it its yours. $195. Let me know.
