Azure uses a spring to trap the bezel. You take out the front hex nut and fish in the hole with a dental pick you will grab the end of a spring and it pulls out like a tape worm. Its the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.

Azure are great company to work with they designed the way it goes together and will most of the time send out at no charge. Also you can use a piece of copper wire out of 12/3 wiring in a pinch.
