how to adjust the clutch cable on my 2006 Banshee

i have the online manual , but i cant seem to find the correct information on how to adjust the clutch cable and how tight the cable should be , any help greatly appriciated.

Run the clutch cable all the way out until the clutch
lever touches the handlebar grip. Then run the center adjusting screw on the clutch pack in
until it touches the pushrod, back it out 1/4 turn and tighten the jam nut.
Adjust the clutch cable for 1/8” free play. Note: Braided clutch cables
require little or no free play.
