SubscriberI have a 2005 Vengeance Raider with a bad starter. Does anyone have information on original equipment (manufacturer, type, style, part #s, etc…)or thoughts for a replacement? Would greatly appreciate some HELP.

EditorYour bike originally came with a Spyke 1.4 kw starter for an 89-93 Big Twin application. The part number is 400215. Here is the link to their website:
Any starter for an 89-93 application will work but try to avoid the ones made in China. They use copper plated contacts that tend to wear out fast. Also, make sure you use a battery with a minimum of 300 cold cranking amps or you’ll burn up your solenoid, brushes and armature.
