as bizarre as it sounds if every bike owner bought one share for $1000. We could raise the $1M we needed to go back into production.In the mean time I will work on bootstrapping Vengeance back into production and keep reminding myself…

AdministratorI promise not to say I will kick in $1000.00 but you can be a closely-held private entity and have share holders. I also bet there are several bike owners that know this stuff really well. I read all about your dilemma (Catch-22) and also did a little research and what happened to you happens quite often when partners are involved. I actual took over a company that had similar circumstances. Also you are correct that when to economy rebounds the opportunity will be excellent as other custom shops have gone under or in dire straits
