Yes, all Vengeance motorcycles had Emissions stickers and the CA bikes also had a California label with a charcoal canister to make them meet CARB specifications in CA. Unfortunately, many owners remove the labels and canisters because they are ugly. This only becomes an issue when its time to transfer registration, especially in CA where the rules are quite stringent. It should cost you about $250 to get it back up to spec.
