    Ah the knuckle buster mirror. Ill assume we are talking about the pro-one teardrop style…

    Look at the shaft that has the ball at the end. Do you see the flat sides? Take a 1/4 wrench and unscrew the shaft/ball/mirror from the mounting arm. Re-apply a drop or two of red-loctite and screw it back in until its tight. Dont overturn you are screwing a steel shaft into and aluminum mirror arm and you can strip the threads. Let it sit for a while before yo ride to give the loctite time to set up.

    Your mirror will stay put for another year. Ever wonder why its only the left? Gravity tightens the right one. Righty-tighty, lefty-loosey.
