Yeah, they can be kinda hard to deal with at High End. The 2-up seat we used didnt have a bracket. The suction cup had a set screw threaded directly into the seat pan. I think it was a 5/16x24x1 set screw. You can pick one up at most hardware stores.
I SEE THERE IS A FEMALE THREAD FOR A SCREW, AND A MALE THREADED STUD, BUT THE SUCTION CUP DOESN’T THREAD ONTO THE SCREW AND IF IT DID THE SCREW WOULD POKE THROUGH AND KILL THE PAINT. AND IT DOESN’T THREAD INTO THE FEMALE THREADS EITHER! I’M KINDA LOST. ASKED THE LOCAL HARLEY DEALER AND THEY ARE USELESS. GUESS I’M SCREWED
E-MAILED SHERRY AT DANNY GRAY WITH A PICTURE OF MY BROKEN SEAT. SHE WAS SUPER HELPFUL!!! WHAT A GREAT GAL! THEY ARE SHIPPING ME 2 NEW SUCTION CUPS WITH THE SET SCREWS INCLUDED. THIS KIND LADY DESERVES A RAISE!!!! ;D
