    By lunging do you mean you riding along and the motor seems to just die out? Then after you stop itll run again?

    Get a shop to completely remove the Carbon Canister and all associated hoses to test the bike. Make sure the vacuum ports on the top of the carb are capped. (The carbon canister is connected to these ports. Some bikes without CA equip have these and if the little rubber caps come off the bike will run like sh*t.) Also, you can try running the motor with no gas cap in the bike to make sure its not a vapor lock situation.

    Of course have them reinstall it after testing. 😉
