    Are you keeping it plugged into a trickle charger? Batterys hate the cold,especially when trying to start big high compression motors.

    My bike was hard starting for a while then eventually wouldnt start at all, even with a brand new battery, sent the starter back to Spyke who is rebuilding it for me $110 which is not that bad for a complete rebuild considering the price of a new Spyke starter. ๐Ÿ˜•
