Okay, 12 volts at the breaker box & relay. 9 volts up at the starter button. Losing 3 volts somewhere in between.

What size starter is on my 2004 Warrior? 1.4 1.6 1.8?
Going to put a push button on my starter but need to know what size it is.

1.8 Look for a ground short in the bars.

Any update on his elec. problem? Having a similar issue with my 04 Vindicator: the guy who sold it to me had it washed! by some knucklehead who didnt know jack about bikes. Soaked the thing. Any updates on this problem would be helpful. Cheers.
