Well, I gave up and had the bike picked up yesterday. Its not the relay, the starter button or the starter. They said it is in the wiring somewhere. I sent them the wiring diagram. Let me know if there is a fuse or breaker that may cause any of this. Since this happened in the rain I am thinking it is something simple and hope it doesnt take them 10 hours to diagnose.
Okay, 12 volts at the breaker box & relay. 9 volts up at the starter button. Losing 3 volts somewhere in between.
What size starter is on my 2004 Warrior? 1.4 1.6 1.8?
Going to put a push button on my starter but need to know what size it is.
Thanks
