Administratorwell guys i got my starter back from Spyke today and put it in, bike fired right up, i at first thought there was a problem somewhere else but after installing the rebuilt starter this was def the problem. 🙂

Administratori had the same problem, and the guys at spyke were really cool about helping me also. and yes, a battery trickle charger is a must.
