    82-95. The EVO reference is the HD Evolution motor. The S&S 113ci is basically a “knock off” of the HD 45deg EVO motor. It is essentially a 88ci motor that has been bored (larger diameter cylinders) and stroked (longer piston rods) to 113ci. The 82-95 is based on the HD Softail design of the era. Its a solid mount motor on a frame featuring an a-frame swingarm on a pivot.

    This design concept was embraced by the “production custom” market taken to the extreme. This resulted in those single-sided swing-arm, drop seat, 360 series tire bikes. All from the humble Softail Deuce, go figure.
