Followers of Vengeance Motorcycles know we have all been through the ringer these last couple of years. In the fall of 05 I was forced to file a fraud suit against John McDonnell the founder of Vengeance and my friend of 10+ years who sold me Vengeance. Two years and $800K in legal fees later the jury awarded me $1.4M and found McDonnell guilty of fraud.

Unfortunately in post-trial motions the judge reduced the verdict to $300K or gave me the choice to start over from the beginning. The $300K was just enough to pay my lawyer what I owed him. Go figure.

The legal fees in the case exceeded the $2.1M I paid for Vengeance. Youll be happy to know McDonnell still has millions of dollars, Im broke, Vengeance has ceased production (for now) and the lawyers all got new cars for Christmas.

Moving on, we have 1000 Vengeance bike owners all over the world and its my goal to assist them in communicating with one another and to keep the spirit of Vengeance alive.

Glad to see you are alive and well. One day when our paths cross, I will have to buy you a beer.  I miss most of the people fom Vegeance. The short time I was there I was able to learn alot from some of the old timers.

Surely there must be some big money motorcycle lover out there that would invest in you and a NEW Vengeance motorcycle corporation. Vengeance is THE best bike on the market today and I would never part with my 05 Vertebreaker…unless you start back into production with a new reborn Vengeance. I get compliments on my bike wherever i go. I walked out of TGI Fridays one night at the beach and a family of tourists were standing around my bike getting their picture taken by 1 of their family members. What a compliment to you and your company. Can you tell me who to contact for a 2-up short hop seat for my bike? Ive had no luck with Danny Gray unless i can provide the model number of the seat you put on my bike. Keep the faith…we believe in you.
