I hate to say this but I’m not sure… and I’m not even sure one of the other VB owners will be able to give you an answer. But here’s how to proceed.

Start with sorting out which spacer with put the disc in the center of the caliper. (Did the caliper have washers? If yes they need to go back in place first.) Once you know the caliper/disc are aligned remove the caliper and then put what you’ve got left on the other side. Don’t forget its likely not a slip fit. You might have slid the rim out but now you may need to use a pry bar to spread the rear of the frame as the frame can relax with no rim in place.

The caliper does have two bolts with 6 washers on each bolt to align the caliper properly where it needs to be. The last spacer will fit perfectly if I spread the frame just a bit. I had to check in to make sure I wasn’t going to cause any damage!!
