Running Lights not working

Front amber lights and two turn signals not working as running light. Blinkers work and when braking lights work as they should. License plate tail light is working as it should… any thoughts???

The most common shorts occur in the handlebars as the switches are the things that are moving. First I would you change the bulbs, then chase the running light circuit which is connected in the headlamp. Chasing these gremlins is a PITA.
