    One more question
Just at looking it seems only 2 bolts hold starter on back of primary cover, removed the horn looks like easy. Could I be so lucky? Any pointers welcome/appreciated . It seems to have a dead spot it starts perfect most of the time with the new 310 CCA battery but then it will crap out and I have to push it off to start, so I guess I’ll break down and send to Spyke before it gets me on flat ground.

I had an issue with my 05 Banshee, You would hit the start button and there would be a loud “click” just one and nothing else. I rebuilt the starter and it still did it. Then when I backed the Jackshaft bolt out a turn it engaged the gear and started every time.

there are two bolts on the one side, you have to remove the primary cover and remove the Jackshaft bolt to get the starter off. It is pretty simple.
