There are Serious Problems with the posted Wiring Diagram.

    I’ll Explain:

I bought my 2003 Vengeance Raider about 7 months ago. I was having problems with the front LED turn indicators & tried to find the problem. Turned out it wasn’t the turn indicators but something else.

    1. My motorcycle has a Smart Flash Module for the turn indicators & the brake light. Is this normal for the Raider ?

After seriously prowling the net I finally found the official wiring diagram for the Smart Flash system. If anyone needs a copy just drop me a line & I will email it to you.

    2. If you look at the original wiring diagram posted here you will see on the 1st PDF a Purple wire that goes to Lower Buss 1 & Dead Ends on PDF 2, WTF ? Where does this go ?

    3. The Black & White wired on PDF 1 goes to lower buss connection 5 BUT on PDF 2 this Dead Ends to Nothing ? again, WTF ?

    This is just a start.
Apparently my bike had been in an accident before & someone Jerry Rigged the wiring & now it’s a total Cluster F&#K 🙁

I could use any HELP on responses possible,

    Thanks

    John aka WulfBand

PS: I’m thinking that when ever the company closed that someone with a greaveance changed the wiring diagram out of spite maybe ? WHO KNOWS
But with every ones help I’ll straighten this out & post a corrected Wiring Diagram. I’m a Certified Graphic Artist so it will be no problem for me to modify this diagram.

Could you please email me a copy of the diagram? I have had issues with the turn/brake lights on my 2005 Vendetta as well. I even replaced the module and still no luck. Thanks. (palerider357@gmail.com)

WulfBand email me the diagram and I will post it here. scs AT venmc.com

A little background on the diagram… that diagram was reverse engineered from a 2003 bike. We bought all our harnesses from “Pops” (who passed away in 2009). Pops was an old school biker who was a mc wiring guru in SoCal. And he basically refused to give us a wiring diagram, so one of our guys stripped apart a harness and plotted it. I’m sure the harness changed over time. So feel free to share your diagram changes and updates. Thanks!

    Update on Wiring Diagram:

Sorry all I haven’t had a chance to get to my motorcycle or work on the wiring. I had a kitchen house fire and have been restoring most of my home on my own so it has kept me really busy and my Raider is collecting dust 🙁
