what is the procedure to remove the headlight lens

low beam out on my Banshee. removed 2 little allen screws located at the 6:00 posititon on the headlight. lens/ring will not budge. tried air press thru the screw holes, sprayed wd-40 around ring. wont budge. what is the step i am missing.

Reach into the hole with a dental pick there is a spring in there you can catch the end and pull it out like a tape worm. The spring goes all the way around the headlight ring and traps the ring in the bucket.

Its a pain in the A$$ and I’ve seen more that one headlight pried open with a screw driver and returned for warranty. 🙂
