Subscriberyeah that pic is my bike. i sent the mh one back to him because it didnt fit. how much is the cost of that cap ? i had a local cnc shop make me one but the thread pitch is just a little off

Subscribermy 05 raider had a accutronix rear master. last yeat it got a small stress crack in it by the banjo fitting which was barely visible to the eye, and caused air to get in the line, which caused the rear caliper to hold on while i was riding on the highway and got so hot it melted the seals in the brembo caliper and caused it to catch on fire ! ! ! ! ! ! ! dont know if they used the same ones on every model but hey its worth a shot. good luck

Subscriberthanks for the replies, im gonna have to go with the rear mounted kickstand, even though its around 300 dollars it beats replacing the outer bearing support each season at 400 bucks a pop. 😎

Subscribershipped the hotmatch back, post office said it was delivered saturday morning, when i get the new cap, i will let you know what the thread pitch is, cnc shop said it will be ready wednesday

Subscribergot the second cap in the mail today, this one does not fit either !!! so now what, the metal monsters cap and the hotmatch cap are both to wide at the bottom and would not even reach the threads, the original was black on the botton like the hotmatch but did not say hot match on it, the original looked nothing like the metal monsters one >:(

Subscriberdid you ship the new one out ? i returned the other on last week, post office said you receiverd it at 8:30 wednesday morning…..

Subscribershipped it back priority today, post office said you will have it wednesday, definitely sucks missin out on good ridin weather cause of something as little as a gas cap, especially in the northeast where our ridin season is so short already 🙁

Subscriberwell i ordered the extreme IV with the proper offset, will be here in 3 days from rivera, ill send dome pics when its on, when i was talking to the tech guy from rivera and i told him what kind of bike i had his reply was, “cool, vengeance makes nice rides” and i couldnt agree more
