The caliper needs to be removed from the bike and turned upside down to bleed completely even with a power bleeder. You’ll need to put something between the pads to mimic the rotor being in place.

Accutronix never accepts fault on any of their products and are quick to point the finger at everyone else. The Wilwood unit should work out fine for you. Tell Glen at Performance Choppers I said Hey. He does all of our dyno work as well as Solid Works drawings for the parts we design. He needs to be a little taller lol

    Drag Specialties P/N’s:

    Left side 0616-0111 $19.95
    Right side 0616-0112 $19.95
    Both sides 0616-0141 $55.95

Keep in mind that your housings were ordered over ten years ago. Drag may have switched vendors for this item since them so there may be slight variances.

Your bike originally came with a Spyke 1.4 kw starter for an 89-93 Big Twin application. The part number is 400215. Here is the link to their website:

    https://spykeinc.com/spyke-400215-chrome-1-4-kw-starter-for-89-93-big-twin-harley-reg-models-except-flt.html

Any starter for an 89-93 application will work but try to avoid the ones made in China. They use copper plated contacts that tend to wear out fast. Also, make sure you use a battery with a minimum of 300 cold cranking amps or you’ll burn up your solenoid, brushes and armature.

Stock would be 5° trees, 12 over dual disc set up. Nobody carries dual disc lower legs that I’ve seen.

I can get the 11.8’s. They’re $135 each and it’s recommended you replace the spring washers. The set of 20 is $29.95. Shipping via UPS Ground is $21.55 with insurance. Soonest I can ship is tomorrow.

Your battery cable nut is tightened to far on the B+ lug. When you do this it shifts the contact inside your solenoid and allows the starter to stay in the run position. Take your solenoid apart and clean the contacts and plunger and make sure the contacts are in their holders. If the starter doesn’t have a Spyke sticker on it it’s most likely a China starter and your solenoid contacts will be copper plated steel parts which are garbage. You can get the rebuild kit from Spyke that has the solid copper parts. Make sure the battery is minimum 300CCA and that you still have the dedicated ground cable from the B- post on the battery going to one of the starter mounting bolts. If you have a 30 amp starter relay you’ll want to upgrade it to a 40 amp.

You may need to heat up the nut with a torch to melt the loctite
