11.8″ Rotor ring is $150 and the Vengeance air cleaner cover is $75. I’ll need your address to get a shipping quote. You can email your info to socal68@hotmail.com

Is your rotor an 11.5 or 11.8?

I have new replacement rings for $150. If you need replacement spring washers and clips they are $20/set per rotor.

Brake pads are P/N 500-4000 and cost appr. $45 per set. The rotors are not available with the center carrier design. You can buy complete replacement rotors for appr $355 each or just replace the rotor ring. Last time I bought one it was appr $155 but I don’t have a part number.

Check the vacuum port(s) on the top of the intake manifold. They should have rubber caps on them. These caps dry rot with time and will leak. Zip tie the new ones in place. Also, check the breather tube on the air cleaner backing plate.

Glad you got back on the road. Just for future reference let your local wrenches know if they want to test the module on the bike they can run the bike with a heat gun on the module. This will heat it up quicker and let you know if it’s bad. Make sure you have a fan blowing on the motor while doing this.

If the starter in your bike is the original style starter it is an 89-93 FXST application with a 1/4-20 jackshaft bolt. The smaller jackshaft gear you’re referring to won’t work with your jackshaft unless you have a 10/32 bolt. If you have a 10/32 bolt then the starter and jackshaft have been replaced at some point and the outer primary won’t work. It’s not too hard to remove the bushing.

That’s odd, there should have already been a bushing pressed in the outer primary. At any rate, the part from HD is 33446-89.

All the California beach communities ticket for loud pipes. Keep the RPM’s under 2K when cruisin by the coast. If you have the Samson Desperado pipes you can install baffles. If you have the 2-1 Area 51 pipe you should repack the baffle. The 113’s don’t like baffles and will start to load up and run hot. Take the baffles out after you get the ticket signed off.
