110 ft lbs is right. I was looking at the wrong line on my chart. Make sure you use the anti-sieze and not the Loc-Tite or you’ll need to chase the threads in the pivot tube which is a pain.
loop-single-reply.phpI have the replacement rotors for $165 each plus shipping. You’ll need to pop out the carriers and replace them with yours.
loop-single-reply.phpSorry for the delay. Check ebay for the switch:
I need your zip code for a shipping estimate.
loop-single-reply.phpI can get most of the stuff you need. Your mirrors and grips were from Pro-One which you’ll have to deal with direct and they won’t cut you any deals. I can get similar parts much cheaper made by Pro-One’s vendors. Your clutch perch and levers are sold individually thru Drag Specialties but they may or may not match your throttle side since they get the controls from different vendors and have changed vendors since 03. I have the clutch perch and lever for $35 and the outer primary with bushing for $115. The rest of the parts I’d have to order. Mirrors appr $45, Ign switch appr $20 and chrome grips appr $70-$90 depending on the style.
loop-single-reply.phpShould be in the ignition switch box on the seat post. It will be taped together with the other two breakers.
loop-single-reply.phpIf you need a module let me know. I can get them at a good price.
loop-single-reply.phpIn the nose cone, not on the nose cone. They need to make the buttons bigger on these damn phones.
loop-single-reply.phpSince the cheap fix (circuit breakers) didn’t do it you’ll need to look at the ignition module. With the bike turned off take a heat gun or hairdryer and heat up the module to simulate riding. Now see if the bike starts. If not, it’s the micro processor in the module dying.
loop-single-reply.phpThey were advertised as “Deuce-Style” turn signals. Drag Specialties P/N 8503.
