Its a photo illusion… your key switch box is actually a smaller.

Your starter relay will be in that box on the splash guard. I’ll defer to Jim (Head Janitor) on whether you can get to it from the front by removing the starter. And on the Banshee, yes the tire comes off first, then the fender. On the Warrior/Raider the fender first and then the tire.

hey guys… sorry I’m late to the party. The box on ssipres bike is actually larger than revemup’s, and has the starter relay in the key box. The 03/early 04 bikes had a better looking keybox that was too small to put anything in so it was all in the black box mounted on the splash guard. It took us about a year and half to realize that was a bad idea, because as the head janitor said… you’ve got to pull the rear wheel to get to it. So that is your next stop. Buy the highest quality starter relay you can get (aka Napa not AutoZone) because you are not going to want to have to do this again for a long time.

By the way, I have the newer style key box in my 03 Vendetta… but I had the luxury of having my starter relay moved from the splash guard to the new style key box when mine failed.

My Relay is in this box packed like sardines with a lot of other stuff like the smart box for the turn signals it took several hours and a heat gun to get all back in there

I also have an 05 Banshee 3 years ago same problem
    1. Purchased new Battery โ€“ No Fix
    2. Sent starter to Spyke great guys rebuilt, cleaned up looked like new when returned โ€“ No Fix
    3. Finally went into the wiring box (lot of fun) starter relay was burned up $12.00 at local parts store โ€“ Problem Fixed – you should start there
This was through the entire summer of 2010 changed the relay in October I have not have a starting problem since

If it Accutronix http://www.accutronix.com. That I am aware of Billet Concepts is out of business. However on Google/Ebay there are some dealers that are still selling the inventory so maybe one of them can help you with parts.

With that said… whats happening? Head Janitor may have a solution for you. Most of the m/c’s are rebuildable.

I looked at the factory pix of your bike and they look like Accutronix forward controls but if the top of the M/C doesn’t have accutronix lettering then it is most likely a Billet concepts m/c.

And the story continues in a land far away where the bats rule the skies and Vengeance rules the roads. Riders are naked which confuses the bats, and the ‘man’ wants nothing to do with 2 wheeled, hi-speed, half naked riders.
    To be continued…..
