Thanks Stephen…another thing we have in common. Got the Prowler 6 speed in and I now kill bugs in new and terrible ways. The Skull Sled is a screamer now….
should be a few good days before shutting down for the season. I found and bought a ‘bike bubble’ that is the right size. 12′ long. The Harley bubble only goes to 8’…same money and system operation on both bubbles. Anyone looking, just tap in ‘motorcycle storage bubble’, and you’ll find a great way to care for your ride.

So far I’ve found four styles of flush caps Vengeance used. I’ve had 3 made (the fourth is the Hotmatch cap). Ship that one back, I have one other style of cap and I will ship it to you.

Since you got one before the 3rd one must be right. (It has the larger top also.) I wish there was an easy way to tell which one is which but they all look alike. Also I have a sample bung here we pulled out of a wrecked tank. Your base, fits the bung, the cap you have now fits the bung, the 3rd style fits the bung, but… there is a difference between the one you have now and the one I’m shipping. So hopefully this is the correct cap.

I lost a cap early on…my wrench buddy told me that keeping the neck lubed with Vaseline would do it. And, it has.
    Good luck

Right on. In fact I kept tightning my battery and last time I saw I worked a hole in the terminal post. I had the star washer between the cable and the post (rather than under the bolt head where it should be). Did I mention I’m my own worst enemy?

How about give that left mirror a little snug too? ๐Ÿ™‚

Doesn’t hurt to tighten the battery post after every ride as well !
