It is the switch. I removed the switch and just bump the wires together when I need signal and problem gone Do you have a part number or manufacture?

Youll need to have the spacers made to fit.

The challenge with the paint is there is no “code”. Each time a frame came in from Daytec (who supplied the frame and oil tank powder coated) we would send the oil bag to the painter. They would mix up a batch of paint to match the oil bag then paint the sheet metal and put graphics on the sheet metal and oil bag, then deliver the whole set back for assembly with the frame. Its all hand matched. Get a good painter, its going to take some work. Iron Horse and Big Dog use the same Daytec frams and base colors, so ask your local dealers who paints their AIH & BDs.

I used Bassani http://www.bassani.com/part/SFT-325 on my Vendetta. They have a baffle that makes HP.

I’m betting that Metal Monsters sold us a few of these. I need to know what the thread pitch is on this for future reference… Ship back the hotmatch and I’ll send you the refund.

    Stephen,

Thanks for the reply. I spoke with Hitman about his pipes and he clued me in to the offset being solely on the left side of the bike. I did not notice that at all, or course Ive only had this beauty for 2 weeks now.

S&S recommends Python 3 or RevTech staggered duals for optimum performance but they both look stock and would take away from the custom look of the bike. I love the sound of the straights but I need to quiet it down a bit so I dont wake up my kids leaving to work. I may look at the 2 into 1 supertrapps or another tuned header/muffler cartridge setup.

    Rick.

This one has sent me on a journey down “Gas Cap” lane. My former production manager Jim told me Trent from Metal Monsters made some of the caps on his lathe and the threads were matched to the bung. In essence they are one-off caps, what a night-mare. (Remember all the bikes built after I bought the company have stock Harley bungs. Dont hate me.)

I need an imprint of the threads from the cap or the bung. Ideally modeling clay. Ill take the clay mold to Paddy and try to have him make a screw.

The other choice is to cut out the bung and weld in a replacement.

Your LSD 250 tire works fine with stock softail as soon as you go RSD with 280/300 the whole deal changes.

    Hey Guys.
Your bad luck really sucks. I have only just found vengeance and was looking for a hot trike. after all my searching i found the raven but to my disappointment vengeance had gone. I wanted to launch the vengeance trikes into New Zealand. I really hope luck falls upon you and vengeance can start trading again.

The springer was made by DNA. The springs rattled even when new. A few guys installed plastic bushings to take up the space. The biggest thing on those front-ends is to keep an eye on the axle that it dosn’t get loose or you will egg out the holes.

check the jackshaft its sticking or the starter is fried. I’d check the jack shaft first and then test the starter.
