I have an 06 with a sissy bar that uses the swing arm as support for the fender I have put on a few hundred miles with heavier women on the back no problems seems without the support even with a 125lb person back there when you hit a bump at high speed that poundage will increase quite a bit and somethings gonna have to give.

Steve, just purchased an 03 Vendetta – 2 days ago after 27 years riding a 77 Lowrider. Still in shock over the deal I got on this beautiful bike but Ill adjust. I did notice that the previous owner dropped it on the left side so I was wondering if you have a V-Flag Derby Cover available for sale. No other damage that I can see except for the Derby Cover.

This is my first post so Im not allowed to IM just yet.

    Take Care,

    Rick.

We still have a few short 18″ and long 29″ sissybars for the raider/warrior/vendetta/vindicator. They mount with blocks that are trough-bolted through the fender. The sissybar with mounting blocks are $495.

I also have logo axle covers in either VXC or v-flags. They are $50 a set. In addition we still have some V head-bolt caps, V-flag and VXC Derby, Inspection and points covers. IM me if you need any of these.

The mini-apes can be rolled back and actually bring your hands closer than the drag bars. However, your hands will be a couple inches higher. Drag bars have a 25 deg bend and can be rolled down to make your hands lower. Try to find someone in your area with a Raider and check out the fit.

I’m happy with the stock drag bars on my Raider. Not sure if the reach on your Warrior would be different…Kent

    Stephen,

Thanks for the tip on the softail style pipes for left side drive. I purchased the Vance and Hines Big Radious and they look great on the bike. If you are still looking for a set of 2 into 1s for your bike, I am looking to get rid of the ones I took off. They are Super Trap and have less than 500 miles on them. Let me know if you are intersted and send a contact number and we can discuss a price.

Your gas tank is building up pressure—either get a vented gas cap or
drill a very small hole in a nonvented cap.

05 Raider is the Metal Monsters style cap. It goes back to Hotmatch. Its an over-engineered, expesive, cool looking cap.

Flush mount, weird threads. No one makes them in “production”. If I ordered 1000 I could get them from China for $20. Matt Hotch threatens to sue anyone who puts them in production.

As soon as I bought Vengeance I immediately switched the choppers to a stock style cap. Everyone said the new cap is so ugly, the flush cap looks so cool.

Anyhow if you want one. I have them made at a machine shop. They charge me a setup fee each time theyre run. I wish I could make em cheaper. But I keep having them made because if guys loose them theyd be screwed.

I just have one left so If you want it its yours. $195. Let me know.
