Love the chopped fender.
Also you’ve got a box with breakers mounted on the swingarm slash guard. Its a PITA to get to as you need to remove the rear wheel. (Later these were all moved into a larger key switch box.) The wiring diagram is posted in the technical section.
I’m changing out the speedo. I am looking for the wire config of your factory speedo. I can’t seem to find it. So far I found 6 of the 13 wires i need. I need the oil, nertural, hi beam, speed and tach wire colors. any help would be great.
I’m looking for the speedo diagram. do you still talk to erin your wire guy?
Unfortunately, no I’ve lost track of Aaron but that diagram is available from Dakota Digital here:
Yea, I’ve seen that one the wires are’nt the same colors. Man I got say you are a huge help though. You can really tell you miss it. One more topic question for ya. my bike wants to lean left alittle when I’m riding can that be adjusted with the rims/ breaks or is it that a off set balance of the motor?
Interesting… I’d suggest reaching out to Dakota Digital it sounds like they may have changed the colors. The lean is definitely from the offset. Those look like the original rims so you aren’t going to make it any better. We used wheels with a little offset to compensate for the LSD. Let me know what Dakota says.
