If its a 5-speed, it is a USA made Transmission made by a company called SharpEye. The 6-Speeds that were introduced in 2004 were made Korean made by Roadmax.

    These were the stock pipes:

THe long 2into1s make more power because the bikes like a little back-pressure.

From the picture it looks like you are you looking for a Rear Fender. Yes it’s a Daytec frame based on the HD soft tail. The gap is close as the swing arm only moves less than an inch at the front. The internal strut fenders were custom-made by RWD Russ Wernamont.

The title goes to the frame, not the engine. Same as a car. Blow up the engine, and put in a new block. The car frame is still tied to the title, not the blown-up engine. Putting that engine in another frame does not make the frame a Vengeance motorcycle.

    1. We used these license plate frames and made a custom bracket to bolt to the primary. I don’t have any brackets so if yours is broken you will need to have one machined.

    2. Seat Bolt size… pretty sure is a 3/8-16.
    3. The forward controls are like these: https://www.cyclegear.com/parts/v-twin-mfg-billet-forward-control-kit. These were custom manufactured in sets so you’ll need to replace the set as the OEM sets are no longer available.

Most of the frame parts are compatible with the Harley 89-92 fxst.

I’ve had two things cause this with one of my bikes the rear cylinder was heating up the breaker in the key box and causing the breaker to trip. Ten minutes later the bike would start right up. Replace the breakers in the key box and make sure there is a separation between the key box and the breaker (1/4″ foam pad).

The second one for me was a short in the handlebars on the kill switch line. Vibration would cause the wire to randomly short. Pulling over and (unbeknownst to me) turning the handlebars would usually release the short and it would magically start again (it took me 2 full years to figure this out because it was a ghost).

The third one I’ve seen (and easiest to sort out) is vapor lock. If the vent tube on the tank gets blocked and you have a full tank of gas, the heat can cause vapor lock and the bike will shut off, then it cools and restarts. This is most common on the choppers with the flush mount cap.

There is a schematic posted on the forum.

Unfortunately, I do not know the answer about the shock bushings. You’ll have to pull the shock and let us know. We used the  Drag Specialties Chrome Kickstand Springs. The 3.9″ is DS-233679

Backing plate? Are you referring to the brake hanger that connects to the fork tube? That is Pro-one (but they may not make them any more.) If no upload a pic of what you are referring to…

Any pipe that fits an 84-99 Softail will work. Here some good suggestions: https://vengeancemotorcycles.com/owners/search/Exhaust+pipe/
